If for any reason you want to return or exchange an item, please review the guidelines below.
BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS. If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us at SHockersglassstudio@gmail.com with a picture of the item next to your package with the shipping label visible. You have 3 days to report the breakage. Once we’ve had a chance to look it over, we’ll either issue a replacement or offer store credit.
Please dispose of all broken glass carefully and responsibly. Shockers GLASS is not liable for any harm inflicted by broken glass products.
MISSING ITEMS/PACKAGE: Smaller items may have shifted during transit. Please check all packaging before throwing it away. If an item or component from your order is missing from the box upon arrival, please email Shockersglassstudio@gmail.com with your order number and a description of what’s missing.You have 3 days to report a missing item. Once the shortage is confirmed, we’ll issue a replacement as soon as possible. However, if you're claiming your entire package was never delivered or was stolen from your doorstep and USPS tracking information shows it was delivered correctly, you'll need to file a claim with USPS or submit a police report for stolen mail before we process a replacement. You also report to us within 7 days that the package is missing so we can try and assist in finding it, if you contacts us pass this time limit we won't be able to file a claim or offer a refund or replacement.If you would like your package to be shipped with a signature requirement, please reach out to Shockersglassstudio@gmail.com to request that.
-Changes to your order? Generally, our staff starts working on your order immediately in order to meet our 24 hours processing time window, so we might not be able to make changes. However, please contact our customer service team via phone (410-444-8200) to get more information.
-Returns. All sales are final sale and are not eligible for returns
-For all orders, via USPS. USPS shipping days are Mon-Fri. Transit times exclude weekends and federal holidays. Expedited shipping options are available for additional cost.
-For all orders over $1,000 “signature on delivery” is required, and the shipping and billing addresses must match. This policy helps to protect your purchase, while minimizing the risk of fraud.
-If an order was shipped to the wrong address and is being returned to sender, please contact us. We will double check that the address it was shipped to matches the address provided to us. If the address error was our responsibility, we will reship at no cost to you. Otherwise, we are happy to resend the package once it is returned to us at your cost and discretion.
-International orders are shipped via USPS and a third party and can take up to several weeks to arrive.
